Stopped in as I wanted ice cream. The service was cheery as usual and the hot fudge was amazing as always. The store was very clean and not too busy at the store was closing. Lightning is always bright and a very casual atmosphere
I've been coming here for over 27 years. The ice cream is always delicious and I love their shakes. The shop is small but does have a few indoor tables. Service is usually very friendly. No complaint's. We appreciate all the hard working kids that have assisted us throughout the years. Plenty of parking and located in a plaza that isn't always very busy.
Baskin-Robbin's is all around good Ice Cream. I've been to this location several times and the service is always great. The staff are always fun, polite, and helpful. Do I recommend, absolutely, yes. But why the 4 star rating. Simply put, food quality. The Ice Cream is great, as always, but for me personally, it lacks a richness that I have found in superior products elsewhere. So, while I love Baskin-Robbin's, If it's date night with my wife, and I can make it to my favorite ice cream parlor located on Charleston Blvd, before they close, I will bypass and go to my favorite place. With my ice cream I look for a very dense, rich, creamy, natural flavored product where you can litter taste the freshness... I don't quite get that with Baskin-Robbin's
I have a great feeling about the future for this store! I've been going to this location for years, and previously it was owned by an older Asian woman , who did not provide the best customer service. It now has a NEW owner & my past few experiences over the last month or so have been amazing. The employees seem happy as well which provides a great environment for the customers! Looking forward to my next visit!

I love this store! I'm not a big ice cream fan but if I eat it should be from this Baskin Robin's. Very clean place. The girls are super friendly . I'm so glad they have the choice of gluten free. Everything is good about this store!!
The line here is never more than three whenever I come here. The service is friendly and quick. I get the waffle bowl with mommas making cookies and strawberry cheesecake. Trust me, this convo hits the spot right before heading home after a long work day. They have flavors for everyone, try the sorbets , also delicious!!
